Place looks nice and clean, there's a lot of treatments you can have including salt cave, sauna etc. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, whose I paid in advance for, and still I had to wait for more than 1 HOUR to get my simple wash & blow dry that I really needed to have done that day for the nature of my job, where my presence needs to be immaculate. During that hour waiting I also had 10 minutes of sun bed whose I also had to pay for + 0,50 p of extra charge for card machine used that, after being waiting so long, it's absolutely unfair! When finally my time came, the blow dry took 35 minutes and it was very good! at the end when I was fairly late, the manager/receptionist of the place gave me a 10 % discount on any future treatments at the saloon that, after being waiting for more than an hour, having a sunbed that I had to pay for including extra charge for card machine, I don't really feel like having to be honest! The place has a lot of potential but is not so reliable for timings!

Strange experience!
The manicure was excellent I I can't fault the result - possibly the best I have had.
However, the therapist arrived late and did not acknowledge me when she arrived, she did not speak to me or give me eye contact other than when she asked what colour I wanted - this made me feel uncomfortable. The manger clearly noticed this and tried to make this less difficult by chatting to me about the services offered.
Would recommend it for the results but not the experience
Am likely to return as she did an excellent manicure at a very good price

Brilliant massage which worked through lots of knots. The masseur knew what he was doing and found knots where I didn't know I had any! Left feeling extremely energised and my muscles felt so much better the next day. Highly recommended :)

The manager was lovely and so helpful. I bought a £5 session on the sunbed (10mins) and ended up buying a block of 60mins. She showed me exactly how to use the sunbed, where to put my stuff and how long I should go on for. Tip top experience. Will definitely be going back again!!
