I've been a regular client for quite some time now and the services there never disappointed me. There's a fair quality-price report and also the way you're being treated makes a huge difference. You're never just a client, you're also a friend. I did and will recommend this place to anyone who wants the best.
I've found this spa by accident when visiting a friend in the area. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and the professionalism of the staff. I had a haircut and the result was what I wanted. I will definitely visit this spa again and try out many more services. Thank you Anca, the barber/hairdresser, see you guys next time. :)
Wonderful staff and atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the massage, Adina the masseuse was absolutely wonderful she also did my waxing which was almost pain free, I really love her and she will definitely be my regular waxing/massage girl . A perfect pampering day that left me feeling energized. I would definitely go again! The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Very nice manicure and pedicure, really professional and neat. I also had my hair done and was absolutely brilliant. Great value for money. Would recommend to anyone and I would definitely go back to visit again.
Myfirst visit to Klaudd Day Spa was great overall, the staff were friendly and the spa itself is a beautiful place, I had a massage with a massaged therapist named Adina, she was friendly proffesional and made me feel comfortable for the duration, the massage room had a calm and relaxing ambiance and there was soft music, candles and dimmed lights, the massage itself was great and i came out feeling fresh and relaxed, I have already recommended to friends and family and i a repeat client myself and have tried numerous services they have, Thank you guys. Keep up the good work :)
Booked a stone massage at this day spa for 05.04.14. Within two hours of booking, the time was rescheduled, then I got a text saying the staff member I was booked in with had come down suddenly I'll and only a male masseur was available. Given that I had never been to the spa before, I decided to cancel the appointment and rebook elsewhere. I emailed them within 24 hours of my booking to cancel (as per Wahanda policy), abs received no reply.
Called on Saturday morning to confirm cancellation and the receptionist didn't speak English very well. Not a problem, until her frustration in nit being able to understand what I was trying to communicate to her resulted in her level of professionalism taking a nose dive! I asked to speak to a colleague who advised that the manager was not in, but she was the one who reads emails and "decides whether or not to give refunds". I replied that I had followed cancellation policy and it was therefore not a case for deciding, just confirmation of cancellation. After insisting that the manager would call me on arrival at the spa, I called Wahanda customer service and within five minutes, the spa had been contacted and cancellation /refund approved!
Will not be looking to try any treatments here again
