When booking the treatment with wahanda, everything went very smoothly and was very excited about going for my manicure, on arrival at the salon, a lady who must of been the manager informed me that the person I booked with was absent and somebody else would be doing it, this was all fine, until I went over to my manicure and the lady did not speak one word of English , so could not communicate any of my likes and dislikes or what I wanted at all, the manicure was very aggressive and uncomfortable, the lady cut my nails too short and my cuticles were removed with scissors and was so aggressive that they were bleeding afterwards.
When it came to shellac paint, the lady could not find my colour I wanted so used another one , it was extremely obvious that this lady was not trained in using shellac polish at all, the paint went all over my cuticle and then was rubbed off with her fingernail and at the end of the paint , the lady rubbed oil into my nails with smudged all the paint because it wasn't dry enough , so all in all it really was an unpleasant experience. The manager was very pleasent though .
