I had a really excellent hair cut and the hairdresser was lovely so I'm happy and l will come again. However, one improvement point might be to make sure there is a dedicated receptionist to check people in and make the tea. l felt bad when the hairdresser went to make my coffee herself. However, as l said that is just a small point and it may have just been because it was a quiet Saturday.
