The therapist was soooo nice and I was seen quickly and a lovely spacious treatment room. However, I booked Kleo specifically because I wanted hot wax and it was only used on my bikini line. In addition the waxing was patchy and I wasn’t given the opportunity to check I was happy before the therapist promptly left the room and wished me well! Bit disappointed.
