Customer service was really poor. I couldn’t get one of the two treatments offered, but instead of offering something else to fill the time, i was told we were finished after 40 mins of a 1h15 treatment. It is very poor to treat a client like this.

The salon is wonderfully decorated, clean and outstandingly divine from an interior point of view.
Moreover I was absolutely happy with the treatment and I will definitely book another appointment.
