Overall very nice and clean environment, a bit stale but includes everything you would expect in a classic facial plus extractions.
Would’ve maybe likes to see some high quality products used and more of a consultation at the beginning.

Customer service was really poor. I couldn’t get one of the two treatments offered, but instead of offering something else to fill the time, i was told we were finished after 40 mins of a 1h15 treatment. It is very poor to treat a client like this.

She took me through the whole process and put me at ease.
The salon is wonderfully decorated, clean and outstandingly divine from an interior point of view.
Moreover I was absolutely happy with the treatment and I will definitely book another appointment.
