I had my brows laminated for the first time which I was a little nervous about but the results were fantastic - Kelsey was great, gave me the natural look that I asked for and made sure I was happy with them before leaving - they were just perfect. I also had LVL and the result was equally good. Kelsey was super friendly and chatty, offered me a glass of Prosecco which made the experience feel like a real treat, and just made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Great experience.
