Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to having my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and well as my eyelashes. I zoomed over there earlier than booked as the employees wanted to close early. Got there, didn’t get my eyebrows shaped and mapped as described to frame my face which I was really looking forward to! The employee didn’t do my eyelashes as she was in a rush and zoomed through my eyebrows. The whole treatment took about 5 minutes. Totally not what I wanted... I am sympathetic to the fact that she had to collect her daughter, however I would have preferred if the salon cancelled on me rather than giving my half of what I wanted and rushed through my eyebrows which I could have done myself. Feeling like I wasted my time and am very disappointed. What a shame.
