Went in for my fat freezing appointment. The lady said she didn’t want to do what I was booked in for and spent an hour telling me about other options and RE booked me for the next week. I show up the next week to discover that the lady who was meant to do my appointment didn’t show to work, so waited 30 minutes for my appointment. She then said actually I can get the original treatment I had paid for. After putting the machine on for 30 min timer she left the room and said she would come back and put it on for 30 more mins so I get the hour treatment I paid for. But then another lady came in and turned it off half an hour.
I ended up getting 30 min of fat freezing instead of the hour I paid for!!! What a joke! Apparently the results don’t even work after such short treatment price. Haven’t even had a refund or apology.

I had a truly wonderful Ionithermie treatment at Knightsbridge Advanced Beauty... The ionithermie itself was amazing - so detoxifying and rejuvenitating - and Kamila was so friendly and helpful... I also really enjoyed talking to her! I hope to be back...and probably fairly soon as I had not been able to find a place that does ionithermie in London until now! Thank you all at Knightsbridge Advanced Beauty! xxx
