The staff is really nice and friendly. But unfortunately the Ionithermie machine shut down less than half way through the treatment for no reason. They tried to restart it again and again after which it started giving me random shots of current which made me feel a bit unsafe. We had to stop it and I wasted my morning. It had nothing to with the staff but I guess either the machine needs technical maintenance or they need to have a better training on it.

The venue was very clean. All stuff was polite. The beautician was very polite and friendly and super skilled. It was almost painless and she made sure even the smallest hair were gone!
