Had beautiful eyebrows, now I look like I came back to the 90’s. Plus my skin got ripped off of my face with the wax , I wish I could upload pictures… I hope I do t get scars and they are uneven!!

The staff is really nice and friendly. But unfortunately the Ionithermie machine shut down less than half way through the treatment for no reason. They tried to restart it again and again after which it started giving me random shots of current which made me feel a bit unsafe. We had to stop it and I wasted my morning. It had nothing to with the staff but I guess either the machine needs technical maintenance or they need to have a better training on it.
