I don’t understand how it has such high ratings - I’m questioning the credibility of the reviews. This was a terrible facial. It was in a derelict and half in construction office block. No one else there so I found quite unsettling. They referred to it as a hydrating facial but I had understood I booked a hydrafacial. It was clinic bright lighting (like an office); used kitchen towel on my face. Considered leaving halfway to be honest! I have photos which I put on google review. Not acceptable

Mahi was excellent. this was my first hydrafacial and she clearly explained what was being used on my face.
I am at the beginning of hopefully a better facial care routine, and Mahi was able to explain things very clearly!
