Absolutely not what I expected.
The whole place is for some reason half a building site, with aggressive lights and uncomfortable atmosphere. The lady who did my facial was kind but unfortunately did not really understand English so when I told her that I had a bad reaction to one of the products she simply did not understand me. I found that relatively concerning. I felt the whole treatment was rushed and, given the surroundings, didn’t experience it as relaxing at all but rather distressing.
