It took a long time and the hairdresser complained about my hair being a stressful challenge. I was not offered any drink until three hours later. I had to pay double the amount to protect my hair and for toner. The lady said she could not do waves with the blow dry brush only with the GHD. I was offered a free cut but the lady did not give me one. All in all I went to the salon to have a relaxing experience but came out stressed. Looking at my hair now, I have to have colour correction to make it more acceptable in a few weeks time.

Super welcoming when i went in and so peaceful i felt really relaxed. My hairdresser listened to what i wanted and explained what she was doing. I left with a haircut i wanted which was amazing!
