Andrada was very welcoming and friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable and gave good advice and walk me through what she was doing. The cut was good. I will go back.

It took a long time and the hairdresser complained about my hair being a stressful challenge. I was not offered any drink until three hours later. I had to pay double the amount to protect my hair and for toner. The lady said she could not do waves with the blow dry brush only with the GHD. I was offered a free cut but the lady did not give me one. All in all I went to the salon to have a relaxing experience but came out stressed. Looking at my hair now, I have to have colour correction to make it more acceptable in a few weeks time.
