Amazing! Nohad did a fantastic job, explained every step of the process and made sure I was ok with her plan. Both girls were incredibly welcoming and ensured that I was comfortable and happy throughout the process - offered me lots of drinks (and even a sandwich!). Will definitely be coming again.

Unable to get an appointment at short notice with my regular salon, I chose this one on the basis of the TW reviews. I received a warm welcome from the staff and my assigned stylist was very sweet. I was very pleased with the highlights (although n.b. it wasn’t made clear when I was recommended a toner that this was going to cost an additional 30-odd quid so beware!) I was rather disappointed with the overall cut as it ended up being a lot shorter than I had imagined - I dropped several worried hints as more and more was cut off, and my concerns about my ‘cow lick’ weren’t really heard. As a result, I’ll have a few weeks of bad hair days whilst it grows out sufficiently to have some ‘weight’ to it. However, the most disappointing of all though was that as I was about to leave, I discovered that my stylist had got highlighter bleach on my top, meaning that sadly it’s now unwearable. Excuses were made but no offer of compensation was forthcoming for something that is the stylist’s responsibility to prevent happening. I’m sad to post such a negative view as I’m sure they hadn’t intended to cause disappointment but I will be looking forward to returning to my regular salon and stylist next time.
