I booked for a massage because I had back stiffness and wanted to settle it ASAP. I never got the chance to have the massage because he cancelled by text. He asked when i would like to reschedule and I said I didn't want to, please refund. I paid upfront on the treatwell app and I still haven't received the money back. I asked him to reject the booking/cancel through the treatwell system so I could be refunded, but hasn't responded and that doesn't seem to have happened. Really disappointing.

If there was 0 star I would have given it.He made me wait 25 min outside the building saying that his train is delayed.He lied to me saying he will make it for 4:45 the latest as I had to pick up my child from nursery but he arrived at 5:10. I of course left after waiting so long and he kept insisting to go back and have my massage done even tho I was telling him I need to pick up my child and I don’t have time for it from 5:10 pm onward .
So unprofessional, rude, ignorant ! Waiting my refund !
