Treatment room is in the corner of the changing room for the pool so there was a strong smell of chlorine in the air and a lot of noise coming from families changing before and after their swim - not exactly relaxing but at least I wasn't there for a massage! The therapist was pleasant enough but clearly didn't listen to what I actually wanted from my waxing session because she took off hair from where I wanted it left and didn't remove what I wanted taken off. I did not expect to get home and need to shave the area!
