I am not one to leave bad reviews but I had a very uncomfortable experience at Kohinoor and I am surprised of the good reviews. The woman was by herself in the salon, she prioritized customers who came after me despite me having an appointment, she was on the phone during the treatment and she was constantly going in and out of the room to check who was coming in. On top of this the room was filthy and the Hollywood wax wasn't performed to standard. Definitely I won't become a regular customer.

This place is shut!!! I paid for treatments, turned up for patch test today and it has closed down!
