The nail technician was up and down dealing with customers.
There were two small children ( relatives of the nail technician) running around the salon.
Nail already chipped.
She didn’t put a top coat on.
I have been a couple of times before and it was quiet and the nail technician was much better than the one I had this time
In all the pedicures I've had in my life this was by far the worst ever.
To start, they filled the foot bath with boiling water from the kettle which almost scolded my feet - it then took a while to get the right temperature which meant putting my feet in boiling water a few times more! The lady who was doing my pedicure quite obviously had no idea what she was doing as was using wrong things, had to be told how to file a nail and still kept getting it wrong. She completely forgot to do my right foot and when I told her she argued with me that she had done it and other staff in the shop got involved and asked me why I hadn't hightlighted it earlier!? I ended up walking out before my nails were even painted. She was obviously inexperienced and incompetent and had nipped my skin a few times throughout as she had been rough. I had booked and prepaid through treatwell and complained to them as soon as I left. They advised they do not reimburse, it is down to the salon so they called the salon on my behalf who refused to refund me.
The salon told Treatwell they would call me but they never did.
I would never go back! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
