First time visiting this salon as I needed a "last-minute" wax which they were able to accommodate. Therapist was friendly and treatment room had a nice ambience. Price was reasonable given that other salons charge around the £25+.

I came in and was immediately told “we don’t do men’s waxing here” even though I had booked a men’s waxing Told that I had booked already and was then told the person who does it is not here.
Was then told the person that was there would do it. Was told to go to a room and wait. Didn’t feel comfortable at this point as I knew that they did men’s waxing but didn’t want to do jt because of how I looked. Sad places like this still exist. Room was tiny as well
