Supposed to be eco but many disposable cotton wipes were used then thrown in a bin. Steam machine was not near enough to get any benefit of hot steam, so just left lying there with cold flannels on my face. No headband used so had to go back into work with a greasy hairline and chunks of exfoliant in hair and on shoulders. They could have used their initiative and used a towel with a clip to hold tight. Venue looks impressive in the photos but pretty shabby in person. Disappointing overall.

Having being massage twice now by ko has bin a painful but enjoyable experience ko is really proffesional & chatty & makes you feel at ease the knots are freeing up.
