The loveliest lash tech. She is so lovely and welcoming and has made me have the best lash experience after previous awful lash experience. She is always checking if I am comfortable during the lash appointments and does such an amazing job with lashes. Every time I get my lashes done with sev I always get so so many compliments from everyone, I am always so so so happy after my lash appointment and cannot recommend her enough. She is super friendly and professional, I’m obsessed.

When I first arrived I sensed an atmosphere. I think it’s because there was a customer complaining. I found that I was the one trying to make conversation. Once I got Emma talking she was very nice and I am super happy with my nails. Amazing value and so well done.
When I spend money on beauty treatments I expect a welcoming environment and that’s not what I was greeted with. No body wants to be a human mannequin and a little warmth is needed. I will give them an other chance though.
