When I first arrived I sensed an atmosphere. I think it’s because there was a customer complaining. I found that I was the one trying to make conversation. Once I got Emma talking she was very nice and I am super happy with my nails. Amazing value and so well done. When I spend money on beauty treatments I expect a welcoming environment and that’s not what I was greeted with. No body wants to be a human mannequin and a little warmth is needed. I will give them an other chance though.

Bad customer service. The people who work there are rude. Too expensive compare to the service they give.
