The therapist didn’t remove the hard skin properly — it felt rushed and incomplete. The nail polish was also poorly applied, with uneven edges and streaks. Overall, the service felt careless and not worth the money. I won’t be returning.

David is the best but on this occasion I had the cat eye gel on my nails and he only put one layer,you could see through the colour when holding up to light, it looked very unprofessional tbh. I asked him if he needs to do a 2nd coat and he said no. Needs a 2nd coat for sure!

Essie is not very friendly, didn’t remember the colour I chose literally 5 minutes prior, brought the wrong colour over and tried to make out that was the correct colour… for shellac on my skin, did not even clean it off. Not great tbh! Won’t go to him again
