So I arrived a bit nervous but within a minute Stephanie had turned that around. She was putting heaters on all over the place (thoughtful) and chatting away. She gave me some good advice about what was less painful and she tailored it to what I wanted. It was interesting to hear that the wax used was developed by talking to therapists. She checked on my pain levels throughout (it was a 5 out of 10) and we put the world to rights! I didn't feel the half hour going in. I had a great experience and have rebooked already. I'll likely try lashes next as she has great reviews on this too.
