Denise is an absolute doll! She listened so patiently and with genuine empathy, as I explained to her, all my frustrations and concerns, regarding my previous experiences with other Beauticians. Denise then asked me to tell her, in detail, what I hope and expect (ideally) to be the perfect outcome for me? All I can say is that, she clearly listened, and thankfully understood absolutely everything that I tried to explain 😍 Happy and confidently had my 2nd appt last week. Denise is awesome ☺️
