I visit Keira once a month for lymphatic drainage & sculpt. It’s become a routine part of my life now & Keira makes the whole treatment a pleasure. She is friendly, professional, caring & has , in my mind, become a friend. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to perform this treatment on me.

I have always suffered with pretty severe bloating. A lot of the time it is excessive and painful and I can get it from 12 days before my period until a day or so after I come on. I do not have great gut health and it has always been something I have struggled with. I have now had 2 massages and I cannot express into words how much these have helped! I am someone that has tried everything, tablets, shakes, fasting etc and this has been the most beneficial 100%!!
