The MLD massage was amazing and although I was tired after receiving the treatment I felt so much lighter. I cannot wait to have my next one in four weeks. Kiera is lovely very knowledgeable and if you are thinking of trying it I suggest you don’t wait, just get it done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
