Kiera was brilliant. She not only oozes professionalism but makes you feel 'at home'.
She talked through the process and answered any questions I had and reassured me of the process. She pays full attention to detail and everything from cleanliness to atmosphere was absolutely spot on.

What can I say, Kiera was amazing, very professional and knew what I wanted to achieve after a thorough consultation, completely put me at ease.
