I booked an appt online and when I arrived I was not able to be seen as all the chairs were in use. I was advised I would need to wait. The salon prioritised walk ins above pre booked appointment's and then I was told that if I’d just walked in a would have received a good discount!! The ladies were lovely and apologetic however the situation was frustrating.
