Not the best experience. She wasn’t aware that there was a booking, then had to check the system 3 times as she didn’t think that I’d pre-paid, and then the bikini wax was the most painful wax I’ve ever had.
Leg & underarm waxing was great though!

I have been to you're salon many times for my eyebrows and pedicure this was first time I had a manicure. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness, the table I was asked to sit at was dirty with previous customers nail cuttings on and also a grubby towel, the nail drying lamp was also grubby and looked like it needed a good clean, I was surprised as this was a morning appointment at 10.15.
I think it needs a proper deep clean of everything

On way there got phone call to see if I could come much later, but I said no as didn’t have the time. Shop very busy, lucky I had pre booked. Staff very nice, facial was relaxing.
