Made an appointment but was left waiting 20mins & then asked what I wanted even though I had booked. I wasn’t given any privacy to change so had to undress in front of the therapist. The towel on the bed had stains & the room itself was tired and not fresh. Booked for hot wax but strip was also used - I don’t have strip waxing as I bruise easily which happened on this occasion around bikini line. Showered the following morning and had to pick wax off myself.

Made my cuticles bleed and sore by unnecessarily cutting skin away from sides of fingers. Unclear about price and tried to make me choose a more expensive product without telling me and accidentally touched drying polish whilst painting like an amateur. Also witnessed staff being very rude to another customer having a wax and tricked them into paying for a more expensive treatment they didn't ask for. I had a shy beautician who seemed young and inexperienced but she was very nice to me
