The therapists talk amongst themselves A LOT in their own language. Occasionally words are recognised that indicates they are in fact discussing a client- this happens each time I am in the salon
They are all very friendly and the treatments are all very good but this talking I find quite disrespectful, and rude. And frankly it does put me off returning

The massage itself was ok but the overall experience felt quite odd. The therapist didn't introduce herself and at the end of the 30 minutes simply said "Done now" before abruptly leaving the room. There was nowhere to leave my clothes so I had to put them on the floor. I don't think they have put any thought into customer service.
