They tried selling me gel, I only wanted a polish. It seemed to be a problem. I got polish but they didn’t have time allowed for drying, she tried the top coat on 1 nail, realised it was too wet, heater on, I had to “argue” she only did 1 nail. They eventually believed me and put it on all my nails were still wet even after the heater. I nor they had time to re do them so my nails were extremely smudged. They should have allowed more time for the appointment. Now I know why this was a problem

Definitely the worst wax I’ve had - they left entire sections of my legs with hair on. Lovely staff but the experience was very bad quality

I booked my appointment online, but when I turned up the person at reception has no idea there was a booking made. Then I was informed my appointment had to be delayed 40 minutes because the Lady who was going to do it was not at work yet. Even after asking to call her, there was no explanation as to why or an option to make my visit better. I would not recommend this venue as the service was poor.
