Lovely relaxing atmosphere, very welcoming as I entered, made to feel comfortable. Had a lovely gel manicure, a tad rough treatment on my cuticles, they were sore for a couple of days. Overall great experience, would return. Thanks ๐

After the awkward appt, manager at the desk said I booked the 'extended bikini' but received the 'hollywood' โ but because they were late with the appt, it was on him. I realised he implied I changed my request during the appt โ which was not the case. He said it in a very nice way โ which made me not know how to react, I took a few seconds to gather myself to explain to him I did not try to take advantage, but your colleague got confused. Clearly something was lost in translation.
