The atmosphere was great and the therapist was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Issue was there were hairs long enough to be removed with wax, left behind. According to the website my full leg wax should have taken approx. 45mins and Hollywood around 30mins. Even though we started slightly late I was out of the salon in 25mins. I wish they took a little longer to ensure all hair was removed. Also "G-string" not included in Hollywood wax like other salons, had to pay £5 extra for that
