Been here a few times usually good experiences but yesterday my experience with them was not ok. The lady that did my eyebrow threading asked me if I also wanted to do upper lip threading which is just rude because that’s not what I booke. had underarm waxing and this time for some reason when the lady was pouring the baby powder on them, it got everywhere. It got on my face, hands and bonnet. She also didn’t even bother to tell me or apologise until I realised. She didn’t get all the hairs too
