I had this service done many times but this was the worst experience. I don’t think the lady was experienced enough for waxing. She wasn’t using basic techniques and the wax was too hot even after I told her time and again it’s too hot. I tried to stretch while waxing and the lady say it’s fine like it’s her skin. Seriously, don’t you know stretching helps lower pain and wax easily. I never had any bad experience with other staffs. I’m posting this after 7 hrs and my skin is still burning.

Usually adequate experience aside from the last appointment when I received some unnecessary comments regarding my weight, during a waxing session. I followed this up by email but received no apology from the salon. Please be mindful of comments you make to customers. It's best to remain professional at all times.
