In the middle of my treatment I had the manager knock on the door to ask “how long” extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to the customer. Spoke to the manager who told me yes it was her who knocked because there were other customers waiting. Disgusting attitude! Never mind the other customers waiting surely you should finish off the customer you are with - considering I had an appt booked which was incorrectly booked into the system by the manager also. Not the first time it’s happened.
