Had a great first experience of a pedicure here last weekend. My sister had a massage too which she said was very good. I've come here for nails before and they have never not done a great job. it's now my regular spot for all things beauty!!

They were running 20 minutes late which wasn’t a problem for me, however, the treatment was 35 mins instead of 45 mins. Should be refunded for this really.
I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage but the lady also started rubbing oil into my hair and on my face. I have acne prone skin and didn’t even book in for a facial - staff need to take more care with bookings.
The massage itself wasn’t great, I wasn’t asked if I had a tension areas and it didn’t feel like a trained professional.

The atmosphere at the salon is awful. The manager is moody and unwelcoming and I felt awkward the whole time I was there having my nails done. It was not relaxing. My manicurist was good and professional, but there was a sincere lack of welcome and making customers feel relaxed from the staff. Very sterile serious atmosphere. I was happy with my manicure though, but would not be returning.
