Overall, the customer service was great. I was greeted by the receptionist and taken care of from the moment of entry. The beautician was very polite and friendly. I did notice that the beautician double dipped when doing the hot wax treatment which I read online that it should never be practised, especially for intimate areas. I was not sure at the time of the treatment if double dipping is okay so I did not mention anything during. I checked after my treatment and was disappointed.
