Kristen is brilliant. The treatment was as pleasant a waxing can be. She is also very knowledgeable and a really lovely person. I an recommend her without hesitation - one of the best beauty therapists I have ever been to.

Venue is a little oasis of bliss and calm. Very attentive welcome. I was early but it was very relaxing to wait! Kristen was very thorough in her consultation before treatment. Many questions I'd not been asked before with other therapists. I left with much better understanding of the process and aftercare. I am writing this 2 weeks after the electrolysis. I have had no irritation of the skin or blister scabs which has happened before. Thank you, Kristen.
