The reason I am giving this a low rating is because the staff member did not use gloves for my bikini wax and dipped the same stick into the wax pot repeatedly. This is super unsanitary and an easy way to pass on viruses such as cold sores or otherwise. It’s a shame because the staff member was lovely and otherwise vigilant and it is a nice salon.
