I have been waxing my whole life and often struggle to find good waxers. Usually (even very expensive places) they will break a lot of the hairs instead of pulling them out of the roots. Kristen was amazing - took her time, did a thorough job and was kind, attentive and helped minimize pain, which I especially appreciated as I am pregnant.
