I didn't make it to my appointment. When I rang to apologise and see what I could do, the owner had the junior stylist (she couldn't even be bothered to come to the phone) that there was nothing she could do and I would need to pay in full again for another appointment. Now I get that time and potential profit has been lost and I would understand that being taken, but they've not had to use any materials, so why could that have not been goodwilled for my next appointment? I won't be going back.
