It’s such a lovely salon and downstairs I was made to feel really welcome by lots of polite staff! I went upstairs to my treatment and the room was nice, but no music playing, just street noise and silence which was a bit odd. The last chatted a little bit but that was it. She didn’t put the stickers down on my bottom lashes like other places have done before and I just dismissed this at first. Then she started. She really really hurt me and rested her hands on my eyes which gave me pain and then headache which I thought really odd as, like I said before, I’ve never had this before! Anyway she then needed to scrape glue off my eyes to which she used something really sharp and I kept wincing and she just kept saying “bless you, bless you”. I probably should’ve said something there and then but I just wanted to leave. I opened my eyes and lo and behold my top lashes had stuck to my bottom ones. She then had to hurt me again by separating them. I am now 3 days into my eyelashes and even though I didn’t shower for over 36 hours and it was a cold shower, have slept on my back like she said, LOADS have fallen out, they’re clumpy and look awful. I treated myself to eyelashes for my holiday which I am now on and can’t do anything about my lashes. Absolute joke. Don’t go.
