I arrived at the salon for 10am which on the opening hours says the shop should be open. I waited around for a good half an hour whilst calling and no one picked up.
The ladies at the salon didn’t even call me to discuss the booking or apologise for the inconvenience. Luckily I said I’d pay at the store instead of online otherwise I would have been furious.
