No ambience at all. All staff speaks amongst themselves in their language. Instruments don’t get sterilised between customers. Everything feels rushed. Nails length is not even on both hands. Cuticle has been cut.

My review isn’t based on the gentleman who did my pedicure but considering I paid £40 for an a relaxing pedicure, I expected a lot more. I booked in advance and still waited 20 mins. I was only there max 30 minutes when it was advertised as an hour. it became clear from other customers that they rush you in and out and that’s how they’ve been trained. It wasn’t worth the money at all. I still have dry skin on my feet and remnants of nail polish on my skin- really disappointed☹️
