I’m so upset with my experience here The lady I booked with didn’t turn up and the replacement was 20 mins late. She then took 2 hours to do a BIAB infill She hurt and cut my cuticles throughout but only laughed it off I now have two cuticle infections and am needing antibiotics, my two nails are covered by plasters The BIAB itself is bumpy and the French tips are uneven I spent £60 on this and having my nails done monthly is something I look forward to but my experience here was awful
