Lovely lady and home , however not a professional standard of beauty , nail polish fell off next day , eyebrows are .... ( let's just not ). The under arm wax was fine.

The therapist was very sweet and pleasant and it was an enjoyable experience. The reason for this score is that the therapist had forgotten her nail varnishes and I had to supply these. Additionally, when removing my cuticles she removed much too much on two fingers, which was very painful and led me to bleed.

This is a great in-home service. Ilda is very friendly and professional, I'm really happy with the result! Best enjoyed when you're not in a rush as you need to allow time for the wax to be heated, etc and Ilda takes her time to do a thorough job, which is worth the time.
