Booked with Sophie never seen her . Nails were started by young girl who I think was still training then was passed on to another girl Nicola who then had to go back over cuticles as they were are a riot , still not the best as they were not pushed back and trimmed even though I asked both. Gel was put on ok have def had better when I left I still had white gel over half of my fingertips which I had to remove with acetone at home . Sat in silence whole appointment glad there was a tv to watch .

As always a professional friendly service from Betty. My only comment would be it would be nice to have coffee and tea available for customers. Won't put me off going back though
