Been going to L. A nails since it opened last Dec. Won't go anywhere else

I arrive for my 5:30 pm appointment at 5:20 I was told that the therapist I was booked for was taken ill I said that was fine but was informed that another therapist would be able to do my lashes I do not know the therapist name as she never introduced herself . I was told she would have to do my lashes in 20 minus’s the shop was shutting .I felt the glue stinging my eyes immediately I informed the therapist off this her answer was my face was sweating so the tapes were not sticking😡
